1. Acceptance of Terms
By contacting MJC Live Bee Removal to request a quote or book a service, you agree to these terms. If you don't agree, please don't use our services.
2. Services
MJC Live Bee Removal provides live bee removal, bee relocation, comb extraction, bee damage repair, bee proofing, wasp nest removal, and related services in San Diego County. We reserve the right to decline any job that poses a safety risk or falls outside our service area.
3. Estimates and Pricing
Quotes provided by phone or online are estimates only. Final pricing is confirmed on-site after we assess the job. We don't start work without your approval of the on-site quote. Prices vary based on colony size, location, and access difficulty.
4. Scheduling and Cancellations
We offer same-day service when available. If you need to cancel or reschedule, please call us as soon as possible at (619) 550-0687 so we can offer that slot to another customer.
5. Our Guarantee
We stand behind our work. If bees return to the same location within the warranty period, call us and we'll come back to assess. Warranty terms are confirmed at the time of service and depend on the type of job performed.
6. Property Access
You agree to provide safe and reasonable access to the area where the bees are located. We're not responsible for delays or incomplete work caused by access issues that weren't disclosed at the time of booking.
7. Limitation of Liability
MJC Live Bee Removal is fully licensed and insured. Our liability is limited to the cost of the service performed. We're not responsible for pre-existing structural damage, damage caused by the bee colony prior to removal, or issues outside the scope of the agreed work.
8. Changes to These Terms
We may update these terms from time to time. The date at the top of this page reflects the most recent version. Continued use of our services after changes means you accept the updated terms.
